The Board Association conducts an annual evaluation of the board's work with a focus on strengthening the board's value creation. The evaluation contributes to the ongoing development of the board's work. The results of the evaluation are discussed at the following board meeting. Every 3 years, the Board Association uses an external consultant to conduct the board evaluation.
