Lise Kaae

Lise Kaae is CEO of Heartland A/S. In addition to her role as CEO, she is also a member of the board of VKR Holding A/S, Bestseller A/S, Klarna and Normal A/S. Lise Kaae has a wide range of competences, including global business management, strategic operations and governance, finance and accounting, and global sales and marketing of consumer goods within the fashion industry. In addition, she has expertise in environmental, social and governance (ESG) management, reflecting her commitment to sustainability and responsibility in business. Lise holds an MSc in Business Economics and Auditing from Aarhus School of Business and is a State Authorised Public Accountant in Denmark.
