Lise Kingo

Lise Kingo is a board member of Danone and Sanofi S.A. in France and Covestro AG in Germany. She is a member of the Appointments, Governance and ESG Committee at Sanofi; Chair of the Sustainability Committee at Covestro. Lise is also a member of the Novo Nordisk Foundation's Humanitarian Advisory Panel and a member of the Board of Directors of the Danish Corporate Governance Association. She is the former CEO of the United Nations Global Compact and Executive Vice President of Novo Nordisk A/S. Lise holds a BA in Religion and Classics from Aarhus University, HD from CBS, M.Sc from the University of Bath and is a certified international board member from Insead.
